The dessert is called Tea Latte Cheesecake – It basically uses tea bags to give the dessert the essence of tea and is also a healthy replacement for your normal cheesecake. Tea Latte Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Spice tea bags – 6 packets – to flavor the cheesecake.
Egg – 1
Sugar – half a cup
Water – half a cup
Fat free cream cheese – softened – 2 8 oz container
Cracker Pie Crust – 9-10 inch

Directions:

Take half cup of boiling water and while it is boiling put the six tea bags into the water and boil it for sometime, say a minute or two. Then let it steep for around 5 minutes. Take a large bowl and add the concentrate of spice tea into it. Add the cream cheese and sugar to it. Use an electric mixer or a hand blender to beat the mix. Then add the egg and blend the mixture again until it becomes smooth and soft. The final mix is now ready for baking. Pour the mix into a crust and at around 360 degrees, bake the mixture. Let it bake for 40-50 minutes. Later, cool the mixture in the refrigerator for approximately 4 hours or let it be in the refrigerator for the whole night. Serve it cold in the morning and enjoy the healthy dessert.
